Monoceros Resort was founded by Paul, a Dutch national who fell in love with the charm of Thailand, especially Chiang Mai, and Peerapong (Aom), who was born in Udon Thani but had lived and worked in the Netherlands for 30 years.
Paul is skilled and talented in interior design and decoration, as well as project planning. On the other hand, Peerapong has a passion for gardening and cooking. It was as if fate guided both of them to discover a beautiful plot of land in Ban Mae Raem, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai. The land was full of various trees and was located near lush green mountains, which felt like a dream come true for both of them. They decided together to turn this land into a resort and their own living environment.
After overcoming many challenges and obstacles during the construction phase, which lasted about a year, they ultimately succeeded in making their dream a reality.
